- 2 / 5By Anil YanamandraOK. This store wins my first angry review. The staff here was Lousy! I wanted a Blonde Roast, which wasn't available and I wasn't even offered a pour over. Then when I insisted, the lady at the register agreed and I took a seat to wait. Twenty minutes later, it still wasn't ready. Meanwhile, I made 10 rounds looking around for my coffee. She saw me through this but just ignored and didn't even bother to acknowledge if she's working on it. I had to stand in line again to remind and then I get my stupid cup of almost-cold coffee. It's OK that I had to wait but please tell me it is going to be a while, not ignore me!July 18, 2016
